Position: Assistant General Manager

Job Description
One of the Outer Banks most prestigious Vacation Rental and Real Estate Sales companies is seeking an Assistant General Manager to take over day to day operations and help in the company’s strategic growth initiatives for the future. Upon a review process by the companies Board of Directors during employment, this position will convert into the General Manager of the entire company.
Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be responsible for: budgetary planning and execution for 450 home Vacation Rental/Property Management division, assisting in developing and implementing strategic growth plan for Property Management division, identify new business opportunities as they relate to the Vacation Rental/Real Estate Sales industry, meeting and/or exceeding company initiatives for Real Estate Sales division, developing and implementing strategic growth plan for Real Estate Sales division, managing staff issues as they arise, other duties as they are assigned.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a College Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Real Estate or other business related field. An MBA is preferred, but not required. Candidates also must have 3 or more years of overall management experience within the Vacation Rental/Real Estate industry. Candidate must hold a current North Carolina Real Estate Brokers license with the ability to acquire Broker-in-Charge status if needed.
